Jerry Reno (Class of 82) , Doris Smith Dickenson (Class of 91), Maria Smith Avila (Class of 83) and Amy Trask Hirsch (Class of 84) will be in Vegas from Thursday, July 15th through Monday, July 19th.

Hotel Tower: 21-stories / 5 elevators, Smoking and non-smoking rooms, 1 king or 2 queen size beds (360 sq ft), Bathroom: King bed has king size shower, Dbl Queen has tub/shower combo, Cable TV with pay per view, Clock radio, Wireless internet included, Small table and 2 chairs, Completely remodeled December 2007, Stone & granite bathrooms, Connected to the casino

The Hotel provides shuttle service with Hotel reservations. They make runs from and to the airport starting 6am-12am. They also make runs from Palace Station Hotel to Magginos Restaurant on Fashion Show Drive on the Vegas Strip from 10am-11pm. Schedules will be emailed out to guests once the Event is confirmed on 5 April or earlier.

The $125 now fee for the events include the following:

Friday, July 16th = Friday Night Cocktail Reception from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. with bartender (Closed Bar). Bring your yearbooks, pictures and anything you would like to share for this night. Water, Coffee & Tea (free) After the reception we will paint the strip red, gamble the night away…or whatever your heart desires…

Saturday, July 17th
= Saturday Night Banquet from 7:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight w/ Buffett Style Dinner/ Bartender (Closed Bar) / DJ/Dance to the 80’s, 90’s & some current music with “DJ Blair that Music w/ Chris Blair”.

Sit down Dinner will be as follows: “Southern Home Style Buffet”; Tossed Green Salad w/ 3 Dressing, Vegetable Tray, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Fresh Seasonal Sliced Fruits, Baby Back Ribs/BBQ Beef, Fried Catfish, Southern Fried Chicken, Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes, Rice, Old Fashioned Baked Beans, Farmer Style Green Beans, Corn on the Cob, Honey Butter, Rolls, Assorted Desserts, Coffee, Tea and Water.

Sunday, July 18th = Breakfast/Lunch Buffet of your choice from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Important Dates:

Past Due - 5 April 2010 - $50 registration fee per person is due/ non-refundable after 5 April
Past Due - 15 May 2010 - $50 (Part 2) registration fee per person is due and non-refundable after 1 June.

16 May 2010 = DUE NOW $125.00 NON REFUNDABLE Registration FEE per person/guest due to contracts and late fee registration.  You will only be added to the list and head count as money is received.  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Maria Smith Avila or Jerry Reno at the numbers below.
